These terms govern your use of Dylan Mercer Home Services, operated by Optimized LLC, and any text-message communication with us at (786) 460-4993. By contacting us you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide local home and handyman help in the Miami, Florida area. Scheduling, pricing, and the scope of any job are agreed directly between you and us. We are not responsible for delays or issues outside our reasonable control.

Text messaging program

Our SMS program is used to respond to people who text or call us first and to send updates about a job you have requested. By texting us, you consent to receive text messages from us at the number you used to reach us.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you.
Reply HELP for help, or call or text (786) 460-4993.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
